微波消解–电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定多金属矿中10种主次元素
Determination of 10 major and minor elements in polymetallic ore by microwave digestion–ICP–AES
【摘要】 建立微波消解–电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定多金属矿中的铜、铅、锌、钼、锰、钾、钠、钙、镁、铁10种主次元素。称量后的地质样品放入微波消解罐中,加入硝酸、氢氟酸,进行微波消解,再加入硼酸溶液和纯水稀释到一定重量后,采用等离子体发射光谱法测定主次元素的含量。各元素的质量浓度在各自的范围内与光谱强度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999,方法检出限为0.000 2%~0.008 5%。测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.97%~5.52%(n=9),加标回收率为94.80%~104.60%。该方法简便、快速、准确、可靠,具有应用价值。
【Abstract】 Absrtact A method for the determination of 10 major and minor elements of copper, lead, zinc, molybdenum, manganese, potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium and iron in polymetallic ore by microwave digestion–inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP–AES) was established. Weighed geological samples were put into the microwave digestion tank, nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid were added for microwave digestion, boric acid solution and pure water were diluted to a certain weight. The content of major and minor elements were determined by plasma emission spectrometry. The mass concentration of each element had a good linear relationship with the spectral intensity in their respective ranges, the correlation coefficients were more than 0.999, the detection limits were 0.000 2%–0.008 5%. The relative standard deviations were 0.97%–5.52%(n=9), and the recoveries were 94.80%–104.60%. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable, and it has application value.
