【摘要】 国内外研究表明:文化产业对一个国家或地区经济的可持续发展起着重要的作用,在供给侧改革的时代背景下,大力发展文化产业不仅是新经济的趋势之一,也与国家长期以来所倡导的经济结构改革的逻辑一脉相承。徽文化作为安徽省核心的优势文化产业,具有比较优势的资源禀赋,应该也有能力成为安徽省实现经济结构转型、发展新经济的有力载体。但徽文化产业发展明显落后于经济发达地区,多方面存在不足。文章基于供给侧改革、经济发展和文化产业三者关系的研究,对徽文化产业的发展提出两个战略选择:以产业集聚为核心的集中发展战略和以发展特色小镇为契机的徽文化发展战略。更多还原

【Abstract】 At both home and abroad, studies show that cultural industry plays an important role in the sustainable development of a country or regional economy. Under the background of supply-side reform,vigorously developing cultural industry is one of the trends of the new economy. It is also consistent with the logic of economic structure reform advocated by the state for a long time. As the core of Anhui Province’s superior cultural industry, Hui-culture, with its comparative advantage in resource endowment, should become a powerful carrier for Anhui to realize economic structural transformation and develop new economy.Based on the research on the relationship among supply-side reform, economic development and cultural industry, this paper puts forward two strategic options for the development of Hui-cultural industry: the centralized development strategy centered on industrial agglomeration and the development strategy of Huiculture based on the development of characteristic towns.更多还原
