【摘要】 价值观是领导干部素质的核心组成部分,高校领导干部的职业价值观是影响其办学治校行为和工作实绩的灵魂。本研究从领导干部的组织要求和个体诉求出发,综合运用文献检索、访谈及问卷调查等方法,梳理了我国高校不同职级、不同类型的领导干部职业价值观的共性因素和表征因子。设计了职业价值观调查问卷,通过线上线下方式获取741份有效问卷,借助SPSS软件对数据进行统计分析,探讨高校领导干部职业价值观的基本结构。更多还原

【Abstract】 Values are the core components of quality for leading cadres. In colleges and universities, leading cadres’ outlook of career values are the spirit which is of great influence to their behavior and performance. Starting from the organizational requirements and individual demands of leading cadres, this study comprehensively used methods such as literature retrieval, interview and questionnaire survey to sort out the common factors and representative factors of professional values of leading cadres of different ranks and types in Chinese universities. The questionnaire on the outlook of career values is designed, by 741 valid questionnaires to collect both online and offline data, which is analyzed by SPSS. The basic structure of leading cadres’ outlook of career values was discussed. These results can be used as reference for selection, evaluation and training of leading cadres in colleges and universities.更多还原
