【Abstract】 This paper, for a cold standby system, provides its principle and procedure of the lower confidence limit of reliability by the calculation through Fiducial method. Specifically, the calculation formulas with a numerical example are given for a working part and reserve part of a two-part Cold Standby System, which conforms to the exponential distribution and Weibull distribution respectively.更多还原
