布地奈德联合不同药物雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘临床分析
Clinical Analysis of Budesonide Combined with Different Drugs Inhalation in the Treatment of Childhood Asthma
【摘要】 目的观察评价布地奈德联合特布他林及异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗哮喘的临床果。方法选择2017年2月-2018年3月期间我院收治的哮喘患儿86例,按照数字表法随机分为两组,对照组43例给予布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗;观察组43例在对照组基础上给予异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗,并比较两组治疗后的临床效果。结果观察组总有效率为95.35%显著地高于对照组的63.79%(χ2=13.7712,P=0.0000),观察组气喘、咳嗽和哮鸣音消失时间及住院时间均显著地短于对照组(分别t=2.1735、3.0986、2.7142、2.2106,P<0.05),两组患儿FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC均明显的升高,且治疗后观察组均明显的高于对照组(分别t=1.9758、2.1642、8.4136,P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合特布他林及异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘疗效确切,能够有效的降低机体炎症反应并改善肺功能,显著地缩短临床症状消失时间,值得临床推广应用。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical results of budesonide combined with terbutaline and ipratropium bromide inhalation for asthma. Methods A total of 86 children with asthma admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to March 2018 were randomly divided into two groups according to the digital table method. 43 patients in the control group were given budesonide combined with terbutaline inhalation. Forty-three patients in the observation group were given ipratropium bromide atomized inhalation on the basis of the control group, and the clinical effects after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(63.79%(χ2=13.7712, P=0.0000). The disappearance time and hospitalization time of asthma, cough and wheezing in the observation group were significantly shorter than that of the control group.(T=2.1735, 3.0986, 2.7142, 2.2106, P<0.05, respectively), FVC, FEV1, FEV1/FVC were significantly increased in both groups, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group after treatment(t=1.9758, 2.1642, 8.4136, P<0.05). Conclusion Budesonide combined with terbutaline and ipratropium bromide inhalation in children with asthma is effective, can effectively reduce the body’s inflammatory response and improve lung function, significantly shorten the disappearance of clinical symptoms, it is worthy of clinical application.
