【摘要】 全面建成小康社会决胜阶段的基本特点主要体现为发展理念与时俱进、建设目标科学全面、任务艰巨前所未有、决胜阶段时间紧迫等四大特征。根据我国国情,提出四个重大难题,即经济增长失速、社会保障不力、农村扶贫艰巨、生态欠账严重。基于这四个重大难题,文章提出了相应的解决措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article analyzes the basic characteristics of the successful completion of a well-off society in an all-round way. It mainly embodies the following four characteristics: the development philosophy is advancing with the times,the construction goals are scientific and comprehensive,the tasks are arduous and unprecedented,and the final stage of the victory is tight. Then,according to China’s national conditions,this paper raises four major difficulties,namely,the stalled economic growth,inadequate social security,arduous poverty alleviation in rural areas,and serious ecological debts.
