【Abstract】 With information technology and sports dance as research objectives,this paper briefly analyses the significance of infiltrating information technology into college sports dance teaching,Through optimizing teaching process,clarifying teaching difficulties and enriching teaching resources,it summarizes the advantages of using information technology in college sports dance teaching,and analyses the infiltration of technology. On the basis of strengthening professional knowledge,improving teachers’ professional accomplishment and strengthening dance teaching research,this paper makes a detailed analysis and elaboration on the measures of infitrating information technology into college sports dance teaching,so as to provide a strong guarantee for the development and improvement of college sports dance teaching level.更多还原
