【摘要】 2000年,国家体育总局冬季项目管理中心颁布了《花样滑冰训练大纲》这一纲领性训练指南,并先后修订颁布2006年版、2012年版,2018年在中国花样滑冰协会的领导组织下,出版发行了《国家花样滑冰等级测试大纲》。本文采用文献资料法、现场观察法及逻辑分析法对我国花样滑冰等级测试大纲新旧版本的内容及实施效果进行了分析,研究发现:旧版本在实施过程中存在着级别设置难度大,初学者参加等级测试周期长,自由滑跳跃动作多次重复出现,步法在一个级别中有不同难易度,以及评判标准不明确等问题。新版本有针对性地进行了级别重新设置、内容修改,提高了实施效果,以期对参与等级测试的教练员、运动员在实际应用中提供有价值的参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 2000,the Winter Project Management Center of the State Administration of Physical Education promulgated the " Figure Skating Training Program ",which has been revised and promulgated in 2006 and 2012. In 2018,under the leadership of the China Figure Skating Association,under the leadership of the China Figure Skating Association,it is based on the " Figure Skating Training Program". The national figure skating class test program is developed and tested. In this paper,the content and effect of the new and old version of the Chinese figure skating grade test program are analyzed by using the method of documentation,on-site observation and logic analysis. The movement of the free-slip jump is repeated many times,and the footwork has a different degree of difficulty in one level,and the evaluation criteria are not clear. The new version has the aim of re-setting the level,modifying the content,and improving the implementation effect. The purpose of this study is to provide valuable reference for coaches and athletes participating in the class test.更多还原
