【Abstract】 A diachronic survey of Japanese documents shows that the Japanese translation word "katsute( カツテ) "of classical Chinese"zeng/ceng( 曾) "has been extended from the original use of negative sentences strengthening the negative mood to the use of affirmative sentences expressing the temporal meaning,and in the end,the use of strengthening the negative mood is no longer used,and the use of temporal meaning is not limited in the affirmative sentences. The semantic and syntactic changes of the word is the result of the language contact between Chinese and Japanese.更多还原
