加工中心A轴油液混合故障诊断
Fault Diagnosis of A-axis Oil-liquid Mixing in Machining Center
【摘要】 通过试验对造成A轴油液混合故障的多种可能原因逐一进行诊断,确定了A轴油液混合故障是由旋转密封单元中的第一层密封圈过度磨损导致油路串通造成的,提出了4种解决油液混合的方案。结合工厂实际情况和实验数据最终选择了通过增加切削液专用泄漏通道来改造A轴油路的方案,成功解决了油液混合的故障。
【Abstract】 The A-axis oil-liquid mixing fault was diagnosed by experiments. It was caused by excessive wear of the first seal ring in the rotary seal unit which results in oil passage. Four solutions for oilliquid mixing were proposed. Combined with the actual situation of the factory and the experimental data, the solution of reconstructing the A-axis oil passage by increasing the special leakage channel of the cutting fluid was finally selected, and the oil-liquid mixing fault was successfully solved.
