【摘要】 目的:构建基于在职教育的中药临床药师培养评价体系,为客观评价在职培养中药临床药师质量提供界定工具。方法:采用德尔菲法(专家咨询法),以行业内具有代表性和权威性的药学专家作为咨询对象,对中药临床药师培养评价指标体系进行3轮咨询。结果:根据专家咨询意见,构建了中药临床药师培养评价指标体系,包括生源质量、带教质量、知识体系、能力体系4个一级指标(权重值分别为12、15、38、35),14个二级指标和67个三级指标。结论:专家意见集中度较高,中药临床药师培养评价体系可作为在职教育的中药临床药师培养质量评价的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To construct a evaluation system of clinical pharmacists of Chinese medicine based on in-service education, and to provide a tool for objectively evaluating the quality of in-service clinical pharmacists of Chinese medicine education. Methods: Appling for Delphi method to consult experts on the evaluation system of clinical pharmacists of Chinese medicine, the representative and authoritative expercts in domains of pharmacy were invited to complete three rounds consultation. Results: The evaluation system of clinical pharmacists of Chinese medicine was established according to the expert advice, 4 indicators included students quality,teaching quality, knowledge system and ability system as the first class(weight values were 12, 15, 38, 35 respectively), 14 indicators as the second class and 67 indicators as the third class. Conclusion: The concentration of expert opinions is relatively high, the evaluation system of clinical pharmacists of Chinese medicine can be used as a reference for the quality of in-service clinical pharmacists of Chinese medicine education.更多还原
