【摘要】 目的:降低医院中药饮片质量变异率,保证患者用药安全,提高科室人员自我管理和解决问题的能力。方法:以降低中药饮片质量变异率为主题,根据品管圈的十大步骤开展品管圈活动,并评价有形成果和无形成果。结果:中药饮片质量变异率由2.45%降至0.74%,达标率108.75%;圈员解决问题能力、积极性、品管手法、团队合作等均有一定程度的提高。结论:开展品管圈活动提高了药学部人员解决问题的能力,有利于降低中药饮片质量变异率,提升药学服务质量,保证患者用药安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To reduce the variability rate of the quality of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in hospitals, ensure the safety of drug use of patients, and improve the ability of department personnel to self-manage and solve problems. Methods: In order to reduce the quality variation rate of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, the quality control circle activities were carried out according to the ten steps of the quality control circle, and tangible and intangible results were evaluated. Results: The quality variation rate of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces decreased from 2.45% to 0.74%, and the compliance rate was108.75%. The intangible results had been improved, involving circle member problem-solving skills, enthusiasm,QCC tool, group cohesiveness, etc. Conclusion: Conducting quality control circle activities has improved the ability of pharmacy staff to solve problems, reduce the quality variation rate of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, improve the quality of pharmaceutical services, and ensure the safety of patients.更多还原
