七子白美白成分筛选及提取工艺研究

【摘要】 目的:比较七子白不同提取方法对酪氨酸酶的抑制作用,并优化其提取工艺。方法:采用加热回流法进行提取,再作用于酪氨酸酶,筛选出对酪氨酸酶抑制率高的提取物所采用的提取方法,在单因素实验的基础上,采用L9(34)正交试验设计,研究料液比、提取时间、提取次数对最终得率的影响。结果:七子白水提物对酪氨酸酶的抑制率最高。在影响因素中,影响水平依次为:提取次数>提取时间>料液比。最优的提取工艺为料液比1∶10、提取3次、提取2 h。结论:七子白水提取物具有较强抑制酪氨酸酶的作用,可以作为天然的美白化妆品添加剂。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the inhibition rate of different "Seven White" extra on tyrosinae and the optimization of extraction process. Methods: The heating reflux method was used, and the extract was acted on tyrosinase respectively, and the extraction method of the extract with high inhibitory rate of tyrosinase was selected. Based on single factor test, the effect of liquid ratio, extraction times and extraction time on the extraction rate of extract was studied according to L9(34) orthogonal test. Results: Water extract showed the highest inhibition rate of tyrosinase. Among the influencing factors, the degree of influence is extraction times>extraction time>liquid ratio. The optimum extraction process is 1∶10, 3 extraction times and 2 h extraction time. Conclusion: The water extract of the "Seven White" has the effect of inhibiting tyrosinase and it can be used as additive for whitening cosmetics.
