【摘要】 目的:建立一测多评法同时测定通脉降浊软胶囊中羟基红花黄色素A、芍药苷、阿魏酸、柚皮苷、橙皮苷和新橙皮苷等6种主要活性成分的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,以芍药苷为内标物,建立芍药苷与羟基红花黄色素A、阿魏酸、柚皮苷、橙皮苷和新橙皮苷的相对校正因子,并利用相对校正因子计算其他5种成分含量的"一测多评"测定方法;同时采用外标法测定这6种成分含量,并以相对误差法对两者的测定结果进行差异比较。结果:芍药苷与羟基红花黄色素A、阿魏酸、柚皮苷、橙皮苷和新橙皮苷的相对校正因子分别为1.98、2.84、0.04、2.58和0.72,"一测多评"法和外标法测定值相对误差均<2%,实验所得的校正因子可信。结论:该方法作为一种新的质量评价模式,用于通脉降浊软胶囊中羟基红花黄色素A等6种成分的含量测定是准确、可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish the multi-components quantitation by one marker method for content determination of Hydroxysafflor yellow A, Paeoniflorin, Ferulic acid, Naringin, Nesperidin and Nesperidin in Tongmai Jiangzhuo soft capsule. Method: Using Paeoniflorin as internal substance, HPLC method was adopted to determination the content of Paeoniflorin and to establish the relative correction factors of Hydroxysafflor yellow A,Ferulic acid, Naringin, Nesperidin and Nesperidin, obtain RCF of it to other five components for calculation. At the same time, the content of these six components was determined by external standard method, and the relative error method was used to compare the results of the two measure ments. Results: Respective RSD of the relative correction factor of paeoniflorin relative to Hydroxysafflor yellow A, Ferulic acid, Naringin, Nesperidin and Nesperidin were 1.98, 2.84, 0.04, 2.58 and 0.72, the relative errors of multi-components quantitation by one marker method and the external standard method are all less than 2%. The correction factor obtained experimentally is believable. Conclusions: As a new quality evaluation model, this method is accurate and feasible for the determination of six components in Tongmai Jiangzhuo soft capsules, such as hydroxysafflower yellow A.更多还原
