【摘要】 目的:探讨中医五音疗法预防急性心肌梗死(AMI)交感风暴的临床疗效。方法:将110例AMI患者随机分为两组各55例。对照组采用预防急性心肌梗死交感风暴的常规方法,治疗组在此基础上配合中医五音疗法。观察两组交感风暴的发生率,记录患者治疗前后世界卫生组织生活质量量表(WHOQOL-100)评分及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果:治疗组脱落1例,54例完成研究,对照组55例完成研究;治疗组和对照组交感风暴发生率分别为7.41%、23.64%,治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗后WHOQOL-100评分高于对照组,SAS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医五音疗法可有效预防急性心肌梗死交感风暴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Traditional Chinese medicine five tone therapy on acute myocardial infarction(AMI) sympathetic storm. Methods: A total of 110 patients of AMI were randomly divided into two groups, 55 in each. The control group adopted the conventional method of preventing and controlling acute myocardial infarction sympathetic storm. The treatment group adopted Traditional Chinese medicine five tone therapy based on the same treatment as the control group. The incidence of sympathetic storms was observed in all groups, and the world health organization quality of life scale(whoqol-100) score and anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS) score before and after treatment were observed. Results: In the treatment group, 1 case dropped out, and 54 cases completed the study. In the control group, 55 cases completed the study. The incidence of sympathetic storm was 7.41% and 23.64% respectively in the treatment group and the control group, and the treatment group showed lower incidence than the control group, with statistically significant differences(P <0.05). After treatment, the treatment group showed higher Whoqol-100 score while lower SAS score than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: Traditional Chinese medicine five tone therapy is an effective method to prevent acute myocardial infarction from sympathetic storm.更多还原
