【摘要】 目的:观察梅花针刺联合辣椒素、积雪苷软膏对烧伤瘢痕患者瘙痒、睡眠及抑郁的影响。方法:选择烧伤后瘢痕瘙痒患者200例,随机分为梅花针刺组(A组)、外用辣椒素组(B组)、外用积雪苷组(C组)、梅花针刺联合外用辣椒素、积雪苷组(D组)和对照组,每组40例。A组、B组、C组、D组分别用梅花针刺、外用辣椒素软膏、外用积雪苷软膏、梅花针刺+外用辣椒素+积雪苷软膏治疗,对照组采用口服赛庚啶片治疗。比较各组治疗前后瘢痕瘙痒程度、睡眠质量、情绪评分变化。结果:治疗6个月后,对照组患者瘢痕瘙痒、睡眠质量、抑郁、焦虑情绪无明显缓解。A组、B组、C组、D组患者治疗2周及3个月后瘢痕瘙痒、睡眠障碍及情绪评分均明显改善(P<0.05),治疗6个月后与3个月时比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:梅花针刺、辣椒素、积雪苷软膏治疗烧伤瘢痕瘙痒,能够显著缓解患者的瘙痒程度,改善患者的睡眠质量,减轻患者的抑郁、焦虑情绪,提高患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the efficacy of plum blossom needle combined with capsaicin and asiaticoside ointment on sleep and depression of patients with itching of scar after burn. Methods: 200 patients with itching of scar after burn were divided into four treatment groups and one control group. Each of treatment group had forty patients using either the plum-blossom needle(group A) or capsaicin(group B) or asiaticoside ointment(group C) or plum blossom needle combined with capsaicin and asiaticoside ointment(group D), while the control group(also forty patients) using oral cyproheptadine treatment. Degree of itching in scar, sleep quality, depression and anxiety scores in these five groups were compared and statistically analyzed before and after treatment. Results: After 6 months of treatment, there was no significant relief of itching, sleep quality, depression and anxiety in the control group. Scar pruritus, sleep disturbance and emotional score in group A, group B,group C and group D were significantly improved after 2 weeks and 3 months of treatment(P<0.05). There was significant difference between 6 months and 3 months after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion: The plum blossom needle combined with capsaicin and asiaticoside ointment can significantly relieve the symptom of itching, improve sleep quality, reduce the levels of depression and anxiety in patients with itching of scar after burn, as well as improve the quality of life.更多还原
