【摘要】 目的探讨肠易激综合征(IBS)患者肠道菌群变化情况及益生菌的干预效果。方法选取50例IBS患者为IBS组,选取同期20例健康体检者为对照组。给予IBS组患者益生菌治疗,并在治疗前后采集患者新鲜粪便,定量检测肠道菌群。比较两组以及IBS组各亚型肠道菌群变化情况。结果 IBS组双歧杆菌和乳杆菌较对照组减少,肠杆菌较对照组增多,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。便秘组拟杆菌较其他两组增加,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。腹泻组双歧杆菌、乳杆菌较其他两组减少,肠杆菌较其他两组增加,交替组乳杆菌较便秘组减少,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。益生菌干预后,IBS各亚型双歧杆菌及乳杆菌较干预前均改善,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 IBS患者存在肠道菌群紊乱,益生菌干预有助于改善IBS肠道菌群紊乱状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate intestinal microflora in patients with irritable bowel syndrome and the effect of probiotic.Methods Fifty patients with IBS were selected as the IBS group, 20 healthy persons were enrolled as control group. IBS patients were treated with probiotics. Fresh feces were collected before and after treatment, and intestinal flora was quantitatively detected. The changes of intestinal microflora were compared between two groups and in each subtype of IBS.Results The bifidobacterium and lactobacillus decreased, while enterobacteriaceae increased in the IBS group compared to the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). Bacteroides increased in the IBS-C group(P<0.05). The bifidobacterium and lactobacillus were decreased,and the intestinal bacilli increased in the IBS-D group, the differences were statistically(all P<0.05). Lactobacillus decreased in the IBS-A group compared to the IBS-C group, the difference was statistically(P<0.05). After probiotic intervention, Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus of each subtype improved compared with that before intervention, the differences were statistically(P<0.05).Conclusion There is obvious disorder of intestinal flora in patients with IBS. Probiotics intervention is helpful to improve the IBS intestinal flora disorder.更多还原
