【摘要】 目的 :探究不同分期慢性肾衰竭(CRF)患者心肌指标、炎症因子、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及甲状旁腺激素(PTH)水平及临床意义。方法 :选取2016年1月～2017年10月我院收治的174例CRF患者,依据K/DOQI分期将患者分为5组,另选取40例健康人作为对照组,比较分析各组心肌指标、炎性因子、Hcy及PTH水平的变化,并分析其临床意义。结果 :CRF各组心肌指标、炎症因子、Hcy及PTH表达水平均高于对照组;CKD2期,CKD3期,CKD4期,CKD5期心肌指标、炎症因子、Hcy及PTH表达水平均高于CKD1期;CKD3期,CKD4期,CKD5期心肌指标、炎症因子、Hcy及PTH表达水平均高于CKD2期;CKD4期,CKD5期心肌指标、炎症因子、Hcy及PTH表达水平均高于CKD3期;CKD5期各指标表达水平达到最高。结论 :CRF患者心肌指标、炎症因子、Hcy及PTH表达水平越高,则CRF患者的病情越严重。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the levels of myocardial index, inflammatory factors, Hcy and PTH and its clinical significance in patients with different stages of chronic renal failure(CRF). Method 174 cases of CRF patients treated in our hospitalfrom January ed grou2 p0, 1 fa6 to October ilure group an2 d0 1 u7, According to the CRF stage, the patients were divided into compensatory group, decompensatremia group, the other f changes in myocardial index, inflammatory factor H4 c0 healthy persons were selected as control group, comparative analysis oy and PTH levels, and analyze its clinical significance. Result The expression level of myocardial index, inflammatory factor, Hcy and PTH in each group of CRF were significantly higher than that of the control group. In phase CKD2, CKD3, CKD4, CKD5 phase, myocardial index, inflammatory factor, Hcy and PTH expression level were all higher than CKD1 stage. TCKD3 phase, CKD4 phase, CKD5 phase myocardial index, inflammatory factors, Hcy and PTH expression levels were higher than CKD2 phase.
