海南澄迈地瓜叶中金属元素和维生素C含量的测定
Determination of Metal Elements and Vitamin C in Sweet Potato Leaves from Hainan Chengmai County
【摘要】 为充分发掘海南澄迈产地瓜的副产品—地瓜叶的用途,采用微波消解电感耦合等离子体质谱法及紫外分光光度方法,对澄迈县桥头镇及瑞溪镇的地瓜叶进行金属元素和维生素C含量分析。结果表明:两种地瓜叶中均可检测到25种金属元素,较高含量的为K、Fe、Ca、Mg及Al元素及微量的Ba、Pb、As、Cd等重金属元素;通过紫外分光光度法建立维生素C含量测定的标准曲线,测得维生素C含量分别为(桥头5.563 mg/g)和瑞溪(3.963 mg/g);利用傅里叶红外光谱表征了两种地瓜叶的指纹谱图及其中所含的主要官能团。首次确定了海南澄迈地瓜叶中所含金属元素的种类和含量,并证实了维生素C的含量较为丰富,为进一步开发利用地瓜叶这一海南特色经济作物及提高食品安全意识提供更好的理论依据。
【Abstract】 To make full use of the by-product of sweet potato harvested from Hainan Chengmai country,two kinds of sweet potato leaves harvested from Qiaotou and Ruixi of Hainan Chengmai country were used as experimental samples. The contents of different metal elements and vitamin C for the two kinds of sweet potato leaves were determined by various spectral analysis methods. The results indicated that twenty five kinds of metal elements could be determined by using microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). Also the results showed that the contents of potassium,calcium, magnesium and ferrum were higher than other metal elements, and these sweet potato even contained trace amounts of heavy metal element such as barium, lead, arsenic and cadmium etc. Based on the standard curve of content determination of vitamin C, the contents of vitamin C in both of the leaves measured by using UV-vis spectroscopy were5.563 mg/g for Qiaotou sweet potato and 3.963 mg/g for Ruixi sweet potato respectively. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) was employed to characterize the fingerprints and analyze the functional group of vitamin C in the two samples. The results indicated that the emergence of several characteristic absorption peaks belong to O-H or C=O groups. For the first time, the types and contents of metal elements in the leaves collected in Hainan Qiaotou and Ruixi were determined, and the contents of vitamin C are abundant in two samples were confirmed. The present study also provided theoretical guidance for further development and utilization of Hainan’s characteristic economic crops, and enhancing the food danger consciousness.
