冷却止水螺杆对混凝土温度裂缝影响因素及机理研究

【摘要】 研发了集冷却水管与止水螺杆优点于一体的新型冷却止水螺杆。通过有限元软件对无冷却措施,水管冷却和新型冷却止水螺杆三种冷却效果进行数值分析,对比了水管冷却和新型冷却止水螺杆对超长混凝土墙体温度裂缝的控制效果,并将新型冷却止水螺杆冷却效果的数值分析结果与现场实测数据对比,验证了基于热流耦合算法的新型冷却止水螺杆模型的正确性。在此基础上,通过对新型冷却止水螺杆的管径、通水流量、进水温度以及螺杆在混凝土墙体内的分布间距等因素的冷却效果进行数值分析,研究了不同参数对施工期超长混凝土墙体温度的影响效果,阐述了不同参数对施工期超长混凝土墙体温度的影响机理,并给出了最佳冷却方案。

【Abstract】 A new cooling water stop screw that combined the advantages of cooling water pipe and water stop screw was developed. Through the finite element software, the three cooling effects of no cooling measures, water pipe cooling and new cooling water stop screw were numerically analyzed. And the control effect of water pipe cooling and new cooling water stop screw on the temperature crack of super long concrete wall was compared. The numerical analysis results of the cooling effect of the new cooling water stop screw were compared with the field measured data, and the correctness of the new cooling water stop screw model based on the heat flow coupling algorithm was verified. On this basis, through the numerical analysis of the cooling effect of the new cooling water stop screw pipe diameter, water flow rate, inlet water temperature and the distribution distance of the screw in the concrete wall,the cooling effect of the new type of cooling stop screw was analyzed. The effects of different parameters on the temperature of super-long concrete wall during construction period were studied. The influence mechanism of different parameters on the temperature of super-long concrete wall during construction period was expounded, and the best cooling scheme was given.
