【Abstract】 The labor alienation and the consumption alienation are two fundamental components of the contemporary alienation. In this paper, we firstly reveal the mechanism of consumption alienation by analyses on the false needs and the false happiness. Therefore, we demonstrate that the so-called consumption alienation is one kind of alienation. Then we reveal the main characteristics of the contemporary alienation, on the base of which we demonstrate that the contemporary alienation will inevitably induce the accumulation of the spiritual suffering, which is the very reflection of the reactionary essence of the contemporary alienation. Thus the spiritual suffering is the internal power of the sublation of the contemporary alienation and the contemporary capitalist society which is tightly linked with the contemporary alienation.更多还原
