【摘要】 湖南省2018年已有油茶林面积146.67万hm~2,一直居中国油茶种植面积、产量和产值的首位,为全国油茶产业第一大省。但目前湖南油茶产业存在农户与企业融资难、融资贵,发展利益得不到有效保护,市场机制不健全,科技水平有待提升等问题。为了使湖南油茶产业高质量可持续发展助推乡村振兴,建议应加强油茶食用价值和生态价值的宣传力度;将油茶产业列为扶贫攻坚的重点支持产业;切实加强老旧油茶林提质改造支持力度;制订保护油茶产业利益的法规与政策措施;创新油茶产业市场机制;强化油茶产业科技支撑水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 By the end of 2018,the total planting area of oil tea (Camellia oleifera Abel.) in Hunan Province had reached 1.466 7 million hm~2.Leading the nation in oil tea planting area,yield and output value,Hunan has become the largest province of oil tea industry in China.However,there are some problems existed in Hunan oil tea industry currently,such as difficult financing or expensive financing for farmers and enterprises,lack of effective protection of development interests,imperfect market mechanism,and relatively low science and technique level.In order to ensure the high-quality and sustainable development of Hunan oil tea industry and promote rural revitalization,we suggest to publicize the edible value and ecological valueof oil tea strongly,list oil tea industry as a key support industry for poverty alleviation,forcefully support the upgrading of old oil tea planations,make regulations,policies and measures to protect the interests of oil tea industry,innovate the market mechanism of oil tea industry,improve the scientific and technological support level of oil tea industry.更多还原
