光合细菌菌剂对稻曲病和稻瘟病的田间药效试验
Field Efficiency of Photosynthetic Bacteria Against Rice False Smut and Rice Blast
【摘要】 研究了光合细菌菌剂对稻曲病和稻瘟病的田间防效,为光合细菌应用于水稻病害防治提供科学依据和生防资源。结果表明:2.0亿CFU/mL嗜硫小红卵菌HNI-1悬浮剂处理对水稻稻曲病有较好的控制作用,防效在60.85%~76.73%之间,用量为300 mL/hm~2时防效最好;2.0亿CFU/mL沼泽红假单胞菌PSB-S悬浮剂对水稻稻瘟病具有较好的防效,防效在47.44%~68.41%之间,用量为600 mL/hm~2时防效最好。这表明光合细菌菌剂具有防控稻瘟病和稻曲病的应用潜力。
【Abstract】 The effects of photosynthetic bacteria on rice blast and rice false smut were studied in order to provide scientific basis and biological control resources for the application of photosynthetic bacteria in rice disease control.The results showed that Rhodovulum sulfidophilum HNI-1 2.0×10~8 CFU/mL SC had a good control effect on rice false smut,its control effect ranged from 60.85% to 76.73%,with the best control effect at 300 mL/ha.Rhodopseudomonas palustris PSB-S 2.0×10~8 CFU/mL SC had a good control effect on rice blast,ranged from 47.44% to 68.41%,with the best control effect at 600 mL/ha.The photosynthetic bacteria had potential in preventing and controlling rice false smut and rice blast.
