湖南优质大米开发路径与方法——以优质水稻兆优5431全产业链开发为例
The Way and Method of Developing High Quality Rice in Hunan Province——Taking the Development of High Quality Rice Zhaoyou 5431 Industry Chain as an Example
【摘要】 分析了湖南省优质大米开发的历史、现状和问题,提出了优质大米开发的路径与方法,并对优质水稻兆优5431全产业链开发模式进行了详细解析,认为水稻全产业链开发经营模式,是创立大米知名品牌,推动湖南水稻产业高质量发展的有效途径。
【Abstract】 The history, current situation and problems of the development of high-quality rice in Hunan Province were analyzed, and the paths and methods of the development of high-quality rice were put forward. The development mode of the whole industry chain of highquality rice Zhaoyou 5431 was analyzed in detail. It was believed that the development and management mode of rice industry chain was an effective way to create famous rice brands and promote the high-quality development of rice industry in Hunan Province.
