【Abstract】 The construction of agricultural socialized service supply chain is essentially a business model innovation led by leading enterprises. Value proposition, target market, value network, customer relationship, cost and revenue mode constitute the five elements of the new business model. The supply chain orientation of agricultural socialization service supply form is also an innovation process of the business model, and its driving mechanism includes connection, aggregation, coordination, interaction and sharing. Through the two typical cases of Newhope Liuhe and Anhui Nongfu, the key points of the construction of the agricultural social service supply chain and the process of innovation and evolution of business model based on the organic combination of elements and mechanisms are revealed.更多还原
