【摘要】 粤港澳高校联盟跨广东、香港、澳门三地,包含两个特别行政区,更需要整体性治理。整体性治理是实现高校联盟内部善治的有效运行机制,同时也是实现高校联盟外部善治的有效制度框架。通过整体性治理改进粤港澳高校联盟的运行机制和治理路径,建立区域和文化认同的联盟治理理念,健全网络型的联盟治理结构,加快完善高校联盟治理机制与法律法规制度建设,深化粤港澳高校的协同创新。更多还原

【Abstract】 Across three regions including two special administrative regions, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau University Alliance needs holistic governance. Holistic governance is an effective operating mechanism to achieve effective inner governance in the university alliance, and it is also a productive institutional framework to achieve good external governance in the university alliance. It improves the operation mechanism and governance path of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau University Alliance through establishing the alliance governance. It should establish the regional and cultural identity philosophies, improve the network governance structure, perfect the governance mechanism and promote the construction of law and regulation system of the alliance, so as to deepen the cooperative innovation of universities in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau.更多还原
