圆端形夹层结构桥墩防撞浮箱的碰撞性能分析

【摘要】 为最大程度减轻撞击和满足柔性耗能防撞设计要求,采用钢-聚氨酯夹层板制造了一款圆端形桥墩曲面防撞浮式套箱,用于内河航道桥墩防撞;利用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了船舶、防撞浮箱、桥墩碰撞系统的计算模型,对不同角度撞击时该浮箱以及桥墩的受力影响、能量转换、拨动船头程度进行了分析.结果表明:最不利撞击时该浮箱具有良好的防撞效果,能吸收绝大部分的船舶动能,减少桥墩受力;在一般斜撞时该浮箱易拨开船头,将船舶绝大部分动能保留在船上,能更有效地保护桥墩.

【Abstract】 A curved-shaped anti-collision floating box made of the steel-polyurethane sandwich plate for the bridge pier in the inland navigable river was introduced to meet the design requirement of minimizing collision impact and the flexible consumption of energy.The collision system simulation model of the ship,the floating box,and the pier was established by ABAQUS software.The influence on the floating box,the pier,the energy conversion between them,and the deflection degree of the ship front end were analyzed when colliding at different angles.The results show that the floating box has a better anti-collision effect,and can absorb most of the kinetic energy of the ship and reduce the stress on the bridge pier under the most unfavorable collision impact.In general oblique collision,the floating box is easy to move away from the bow,and most of the ship’s kinetic energy is retained on the ship,which can protect the pier more effectively.
