强降温引发遥测气象站温度缺测的研究

【摘要】 对云浮遥测气象站2009年11月和2010年12月部分地温传感器出现缺测的现象进行故障诊断,诊断结果表明:地温传感器与信号变送箱的中间连接处接口接触不良。针对此故障,用万能防锈润滑剂进行除锈后故障排除。通过分析可知,该故障产生的原因为在温度传感器接口生锈的情况下,遭遇突然降温,导致温度传感器接口出现热胀冷缩现象,引发接口接触不良,从而出现数据缺测。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the fault diagnosis of some temperature sensors missing in Yunfu Telemetering Meteorological Station in November 2009 and December 2010 was carried out. The diagnosis results showed that the interface between the geothermal sensor and the signal transducer was not in good contact. In view of this fault, the universal anti-rust lubricant was used to remove the fault after rust removal. Through the analysis, it can be seen that the cause of the fault is that when the temperature sensor interface is rusty, it encounters sudden cooling, which leads to the phenomenon of thermal expansion and contraction of the temperature sensor interface, and leads to bad contact between the interface, thus resulting in data missing.
