电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定骨软骨一体支架中磷元素含量的不确定度评价

【摘要】 目的:分析采用ICP-AES测定骨软骨一体材料中磷元素含量的不确定度。方法:采用ICP-AES测定骨软骨一体材料中磷元素含量,微波消解采用硝酸-氢氟酸混合酸进行预消解,并根据《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF 1059.1—2012)对整个测定过程中的不确定度来源进行分析和合成。结果:当取样量为0.201 0g,取置信水平95%,k=2,测得骨软骨一体支架中磷含量为(1.87±0.142)mg/g。结论:通过分析测定过程中的质量称量、溶液体积,试验的重复性等,确定了样品含量的不确定度及其不确定度的主要来源为标准溶液配制和试样制备过程中的定容操作。

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the uncertainty of determination of phosphorus in osteochondral monolithic materials by ICP-AES. Methods: ICP-AES was used to determine the content of phosphorus in osteochondral monolithic materials, and nitric acid-hydrofluoric acid mixed acid was used for pre-digestion in microwave digestion. According to Evaluation and Representation of Measurement Uncertainty(JJF 1059.1—2012), the sources of uncertainty in the whole measurement process were analyzed and synthesized. Results: When the sample size was 0.201 0 g, the confidence level was 95%, k=2, the phosphorus content in the osteochondral scaffold was(1.87±0.142)mg/g. Conclusion:By analyzing the mass weighing, solution volume and repeatability of the experiment, the uncertainty of sample content and its main sources were determined as standard solution preparation and constant volume operation during sample preparation.
