湖南湘江铜锈环棱螺中5种重金属元素富集和分布特征

【摘要】 为了探讨湘江水体生态系统重金属污染的生态风险,研究了Pb、Cd、Zn、Mn、Cu在7个江段的铜锈环棱螺器官的积累和分布特征,用金属污染指数评价了重金属生态风险.结果表明:湘江中游铜锈环棱螺各器官中重金属元素的含量差异明显,Pb富集于壳,Cd主要富集于内脏团和外套膜,Zn、Cu含量各部位相对稳定,Mn含量无规律;7个采样点铜锈环棱螺的Pb、Cd、Zn、Mn、Cu的平均富集系数为0.19、7.51、5.64、0.74、11.22,铜锈环棱螺对Zn、Cd、Cu的富集作用明显;铜锈环棱螺可作为水域Zn、Cd、Cu污染的生物修复物种或指示生物物种.金属污染指数显示,松柏镇、霞流镇和霞湾江段存在着较为严重的污染.因此,湘江中游污染治理中应重点关注松柏镇、霞流镇、霞湾等位置污染情况,以期减少对该流域人民的生活、生产与健康的危害.

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the ecological risk of heavy metal pollution in Xiangjiang River water ecosystem,the accumulation and distribution characteristics of Pb,Cd,Zn,Mn and Cu in the organs of Bellamya aeruginosa in 7 river sections were studied.The metal pollution index was used to evaluate the ecological risk of heavy metals.There were significant differences in the contents of heavy metal elements in the organs of Bellamya aeruginosa in the middle reaches of Xiangjiang River.Pb was enriched in the shell,Cd was mainly enriched in the visceral mass and mantle,and the contents of Zn and Cu were relatively stable,and the Mn content was irregular.The average enrichment coefficients of Pb,Cd,Zn,Mn and Cu in Bellamya aeruginosa in 7 sampling points were respectively 0.19,7.51,5.64,0.74 and 11.22.The enrichment of Zn,Cd and Cu by Bellamya aeruginosa was obvious.Bellamya aeruginosa can be used as bioremediation species or indicator biological species polluted by Zn Cd Cu in water.The metal pollution index shows that there are serious pollutions in the Songbai Town,Xialiu Town and Xiawan River Section.Therefore,the pollution control of the middle reaches of Xiangjiang River should focus on the pollution situation of Songbai Town,Xialiu Town and Xiawan,in order to reduce the harm to the life,production and health of the people in the basin.
