【摘要】 大学创新创业能力培养是国家科技创新的重要支撑。当前,大学生创新创业能力培养存在以学科竞赛为依托缺乏学科引导,培养机制以科层为主缺乏系统整合,培养手段碎片化缺乏精准权变和系统性等问题。地球与环境学院遵循学科建设与大学生创新创业能力培养目标契合、资源契合、手段契合等规律,结合学科发展方向制定大学生创新创业能力培养目标,结合学科队伍建设创建大学生创新创业指导专家团队,结合学科平台搭建创新平台提升大学生创新创业综合能力,形成了系统谋划、整体提升、精准指导的"三位一体"的创新创业教育模式,对高校开展大学生创新创业教育具有广泛的借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students provides an important support to national scientific and technological innovation. Now, there still exists some popular problems,such as only relying on competition, non-systematic integration, inaccurate adjustment for cultivate methods. Following the laws of fitting for cultivating goals, sources, methods between discipline construction and college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship training, School of Earth and Environment has developed a cultivating target on the guidance of discipline development planning, built an experts team, and constructed a platform for college students’ ability of innovation and entrepreneurship. Furthermore, a trinity cultivating pattern of systematic planning, integrated improving and accurate conducting has been established which could be a great matter to cultivate college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship.更多还原
