【摘要】 办好我国高校,办出具有中国特色的世界一流的大学,人才培养是目的、立德树人是根本。新时代的高校人才培养、立德树人需要转换育人模式。笔者基于大学生成长"金字塔"模型,探索了立德树人引领下的高校育人模式改革,提出发挥"六类情境"即课业学习、联课活动、课外活动、勤工助学、人际交往、休闲娱乐的育人作用,推进大学生的认知投入和情感投入,打造有效的实践教育链条;更加关切学生学习、学生学习成效、学生全面发展,促进高校实现从"教学育人"到"三全育人"即全方位、全过程、全员育人的转变,构建多层次多维度的"大"育人格局。更多还原

【Abstract】 Talent cultivation is the base and moral education is the soul of founding a world-class university with Chinese characteristics. In the new era, talent cultivation and moral education in college requires model transformation. Based on the pyramid model of student growth, the author studies the revolution of college education model emphasizing moral education and proposes that "six learning contexts" :curricular, co-curricular, extra-curricular, work, relational and recreational context should play its due role in college education, also, cognitive and emotional engagement is in demand, so as to build an effective practical education chain. Meanwhile, we should concern more about students’ learning situation, learning performance and comprehensive development, and promote the transformation from the "teaching-centered" education paradigm to the "three-all" :all-around, all-processes and all-personnel education paradigm of college education, in order to build a multi-level and multi-dimensional "big" education pattern.更多还原
