中国电力系统碳排放效率测定及空间相关性研究
Study on China’s Regional Power Carbon Emission Efficiency and Spatial Relation
【摘要】 随着环境污染问题日益加重,低碳经济研究越来越被广泛关注。电力系统在我国碳排放总量上占比较大,采用2004-2016年30个省份面板数据,利用SBM模型对我国的电力系统碳排放效率进行分析,并结合Moran’s I指数分析了各省市碳排放效率的空间相关性,结果表明:我国电力系统的碳排放效率存在区域差异,具体表现为东、西、中部递减格局,东部电力系统碳排放效率高于全国平均水平;空间相关性检验得出Moran’s I指数为正,区域间存在空间相关性,并随着时间的推移,空间相关性特征更加明显。
【Abstract】 As environmental pollution becomes more and more serious, the research of low-carbon economy is becoming more and more widely concerned. Power systems account for a larger share of carbon emissions. Based on 30 provinces in 2004-2016 panel data of 13 years, the electric power system(mainly thermal power) of carbon emissions were analyzed. The results show that: There are regional differences in the carbon emission efficiency of China’s power system, which is embodied in the decline pattern of the east, west and central regions. The carbon emission efficiency of the eastern power system is higher than the national average. The spatial correlation test showed that Moran’s I index was positive, and there was spatial correlation between regions. With the passage of time, the spatial correlation characteristics became more obvious.
