【摘要】 目的探究射频消融术治疗四肢骨肿瘤的临床疗效。方法选取我院2013年7月至2015年7月收治的经影像学及病理学确诊的四肢骨肿瘤患者160例,按患者及其家属的意愿,将160例患者分为观察组和常规组,其中观察组91例患者经射频消融术治疗,常规组69患者经传统瘤块切除术治疗,比较观察2组患者术后缓解时间、切口愈合等级及关节功能优良率等。结果观察组患者术后缓解时间为(45.56±18.31)个月,显著低于常规组患者的(60.17±22.59)个月(P<0.05);2组患者的切口愈合等级比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的关节功能优良率显著优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论射频消融术在治疗四肢骨肿瘤中的临床疗效较好,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of bone tumors of extremities.Methods The 160 patients with bone tumors of extremities were cured in our hospital during July 2013 and July 2015. All the patients were divided into the observe group and the control group. The 91 patients in observation group were treated with radiofrequency ablation, while the 69 patients in the control group were treated with traditional tumor excision. The relieving time, the postoperative wound healing rating, the joint function excellent rate of patients in two groups were compared.Results The relieving time of patients in the observation group was(45.56±18.31) months, and was(60.17±22.59) months in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the postoperative wound healing rating between thetwo groups(P>0.05); the joint function excellent rate of patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation is effect in the treatment of bone tumors of extremities.更多还原
