【摘要】 目的探讨流程化护理改进在开放性骨折后骨感染患者中的应用效果。方法选择焦作市第二人民医院于2017年4月—2018年12月间住院治疗的96例开放性骨折后感染患者作为研究对象,其中2017年4月—12月采用常规护理措施的48例患者作为对照组,2018年4月—12月的48例采用流程化护理措施的患者作为观察组,对两组患者护理期间疼痛程度、治疗情况、下肢深静脉血栓发生情况等进行比较分析。结果两组患者术后当日、术后1 d的VAS评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后3 d、术后7 d观察组VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。观察组患者术后1～3 d睡眠时间相比对照组明显延长,卧床时间、住院时间明显缩短(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。在治疗过程中,观察组共发生DVT5例,相比对照组发生13例明显减少(P<0.05)。结论流程化护理改进在常规护理基础上将开放性骨折后骨感染患者术前术后的护理措施进行整合,规范护理内容,严格护理流程,有利于护理措施高质量的完成,从而改善患者的临床症状,促进恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of digital subtraction angiography(DSA) combined with ultrasound-guided percutaneous nephrostomy in the treatment of obstructive hydronephrosis secondary to tumor. Methods From January 2017 to August 2018,8 cases of secondary obstructive hydronephrosis due to tumor were treated with DSA combined with ultrasound-guided percutaneous nephrostomy in the tumor interventional department of Shanghai First People’s Hospital. Results 8 cases of secondary hydronephrosis were treated by DSA combined with ultrasound-guided percutaneous nephrostomy,among which 3 cases were double hydronephrosis.Conclusion DSA combined with ultrasound-guided percutaneous fistula is an economical, minimally invasive, safe and effective method for the treatment of obstructive hydronephrosis secondary to tumor.更多还原
