【摘要】 目的探讨快速康复护理应用在腹腔镜右半结肠癌根治术患者中的临床效果。方法选取2016年5—2018年10月期间在广东省第二人民医院收治的120例接受腹腔镜右半结肠癌根治术患者进行研究;根据护理方法将研究对象分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例;对照组仅实施围术期常规护理,观察组在此基础上加入快速康复护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组干预后各项康复指标均高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症率为5.00%(3/60),低于对照组的15.00%(9/60),两数据组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜右半结肠癌根治术患者实施快速康复护理,可加快患者康复并降低术后并发症发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in laparoscopic radical resection of right colon cancer. Methods 120 patients with right colon cancer who underwent laparoscopic radical resection from May, 2016 to October,2018 were selected for the study. According to the nursing methods, the patients were divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group. The control group only received routine perioperative nursing,while the observation group added rapid rehabilitation nursing on this basis. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results Statistics showed that the rehabilitation indexes of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 5.00%(3/60),which was lower than 15.00% of control group(9/60),and there was statistical significance between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of right colon cancer can accelerate the recovery of patients and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.更多还原
