【摘要】 目的探讨小骨窗开颅手术治疗不同血肿体积高血压性脑出血的临床对比。方法选择2017年8月—2018年12月间郑州市第三人民医院运用小骨窗开颅手术进行治疗的不同血肿体积高血压性脑出血患者50例作为研究对象,其中将小量血肿体积与大量血肿体积患者分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组选择小量血肿体积患者,观察组选择大量血肿体积患者。手术后对患者的效果进行评估,比较手术后两组患者血肿量与NIHSS评分及高血压性脑出血血肿清除率。结果观察组患者血肿量与美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经临床治疗后,观察组患者高血压性脑出血血肿清除率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将小骨窗开颅手术用于治疗不同血肿体积高血压性脑出血患者,可以有效改善患者的神经功能,提高血肿清除率,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical comparison of small bone window craniotomy in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage with different hematoma volume. Methods 50 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage of different hematoma volume from August,2017 to December,2018 were treated by small bone window craniotomy in Zhengzhou Third People’s Hospital. The patients with small hematoma volume and large hematoma volume were divided into two groups:control group(n=25)and observation group(n=25). Small volume of hematoma patients were in the control group,and large hematoma volume patients were in the observation group. The effect of the patients was evaluated after the operation. Tumor volume and NIHSS score,and hematoma clearance rate of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage of two groups were compared. Results The hematoma volume and NIHSS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After clinical treatment,the clearance rate of hematoma in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Small bone window craniotomy can effectively improve the neurological function and clearance rate of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage with different hematoma volume.
