【摘要】 目的观察全直肠系膜切除术(TME)与传统手术对直肠癌患者排尿功能及性功能的影响。方法回顾性分析2016年4月—2018年4月阳江市人民医院收治的80例直肠癌患者临床资料,均为男性。依据不同术式分为观察组(50例,TME治疗)与对照组(30例,传统开腹手术),比较两组排尿功能、性功能。结果观察组最大尿流率与膀胱逼尿肌收缩压大于对照组,膀胱残余尿量小于对照组,性功能减退、射精障碍及勃起障碍发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对直肠癌患者,行TME治疗利于改善排尿功能与性功能,对患者预后意义重大。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo observe the effect of total mesorectal excision(TME)and traditional operation on urination and sexual function in patients with rectal cancer.MethodsThe clinical data of 80 patients with rectal cancer from April,2016 to April,2018 were retrospectively analyzed. According to different operation methods,the patients were divided into two groups:the observation group(50 cases)and the control group(30 cases). The urination function and sexual function of the two groups were compared between the observation group and the control group.ResultsThe maximal flow rate and systolic pressure of bladder detrusor in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The residual urine volume of bladder was lower than that in the control group,and the incidence of sexual dysfunction,ejaculation disorder and erectile dysfunction was lower than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).ConclusionFor rectal cancer patients,TME therapy is beneficial to improve urination function and sexual function,and has great prognostic significance.更多还原
