【摘要】 目的探讨恶性淋巴瘤患者实施针对性护理干预对化疗效果和生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年1月—2018年4月广州市第一人民医院收治的恶性淋巴瘤患者80例为研究对象,按照随机数字表将患者分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例。两组均予以常规化疗方案,化疗期间对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上采用针对性护理干预,比较两组的化疗疗效、化疗期间的毒副反应和两组护理前后的生存质量。结果观察组化疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的血液系统毒性、神经系统毒性发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组骨髓抑制和消化道反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后两组癌症患者生活功能指标量表(FILC)评分均提高(P<0.05),且观察组提高更显著(P<0.05)。结论对恶性淋巴瘤化疗患者实施针对性护理干预可以提高化疗效果,减少化疗毒副反应,并可改善患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of pertinent nursing intervention on chemotherapy efficacy and quality of life in patients with malignant lymphoma.Methods A total of 80 patients with malignant lymphoma in the hospital from January, 2016 toApril, 2018 were selected,and they were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)according to the randomnumber table method.The two groups were given routine chemotherapy regimens,control group patients were applied with regularcare during chemotherapy,while pertinent nursing intervention was applied in observation group during chemotherapy. The chemo-therapy efficacy,side effects during chemotherapy and quality of life before and after nursing in two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of chemotherapy in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no sta-tistical difference between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05),and the incidence of bone marrow suppression anddigestive tract reaction in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). After nursing,the scores of Func-tional Living Index Cancer(FLIC)in two groups were increased(P<0.05),and the score in the observation group was higher thanthat in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementation of pertinent nursing intervention in patients with malignant lymphoma can improve the effect and reduce side effects of chemotherapy,and it can improve the quality of life of the patients.更多还原
