【摘要】 目的探讨人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)分型检测在福建省南平地区宫颈癌筛查中的价值。方法回顾性分析2015—2017年南平地区9 000例农村户口妇女免费宫颈癌筛查HPV分型检测资料,研究不同HPV分型感染与宫颈疾病之间的关系。结果福建省南平地区9 000例体检妇女HPV病毒感染率为15.07%,以52(32.23%)、58(13.72%)、16(12.09%)亚型感染率最高;HPV感染者年龄分布主要在40～54岁之间,占总感染者人数的78.24%;随着宫颈病变级别的升高,HR-HPV的感染阳性率也增高(χ2=3 400.431,P<0.05);宫颈病变级别越高的患者中,HR-HPV多种亚型感染阳性率亦越高(χ2=15.708,P<0.05)。结论 HPV分型检测在宫颈疾病的诊断与治疗中具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of human papillomavirus(HPV)typing in cervical cancer screening in Nanping Area,Fujian Province.Methods A retrospective analysis of the HPV typing data of 9 000 women under rural household registration inNanping Area from 2015 to 2017 was conducted to investigate the relationship between different HPV genotype infections and cervicaldiseases.Results The HPV virus infection rate of 9 000 medical examination women in Nanping Area,Fujian Province was 15.07%,and the highest infection rate was 52(32.23%),58(13.72%)and 16(12.09%)subtypes. The distribution of the age of HPV infectedpersons was mainly between 40～54 years old,accounting for 78.24% of the total infected persons. With the increase of cervical le-sions,the positive rate of HR-HPV infection was also increased(χ2=3 400.431,P<0.05). Among patients of the higher the level of cervical lesions,the positive rate of multiple subtypes of HR-HPV infection was also higher(χ2=15.708,P<0.05).Conclusion HPV typing is of great significance in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical diseases.更多还原
