【摘要】 研究了化学激发对钢渣胶凝活性的影响,分析了硫酸钠、硅酸钠和硅灰3种激发剂单掺和复掺对钢渣活性及其强度的影响。通过X射线衍射、红外光谱和扫描电镜等测试,揭示了的宏观性能和微观结构的内在联系。结果表明:激发剂单掺和复掺均能有效提高钢渣的活性和水化速率,从而提高钢渣水泥的强度。当硅灰和硫酸钠复掺时叫过最好,促使Ca(OH)2发生二次水化,生成钙矾石和C-S-H凝胶,使硬化体密实、强度提高,3、28 d强度相比空白样分别提高了128%、49%。

【Abstract】 The effect of chemical excitation on the gelling activity of steel slag was studied,and the effect of single-doping and mixed-doping of three activators of sodium sulfate,sodium silicate and silica fume on the activity and strength of steel slag was analyzed.Through X-ray diffraction,infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy tests,revealed the intrinsic link between the macroscopic properties and the microstructure.The results show that both the single-doped and the mixed-doped activator can effectively increase the activity and hydration rate of steel slag,and thus increase the strength of steel slag cement.When silica fume and sodium sulphate are mixed,it is called best,which promotes the secondary hydration of Ca(OH)2 to generate ettringite and CSH gel,so that the hardened body is dense and the strength is improved.The strength at 3 d and 28 d is compared with the blank sample.Increased by 128%and 49% respectively.
