负温水泥基灌浆料的抗压强度研究

【摘要】 研究了防冻剂、早强剂、水泥复配合比例以及胶砂比等参数对水泥基灌浆料抗压强度的影响规律,研究结果表明:随着胶凝材料中硫铝酸盐水泥含量的提高,灌浆料抗压强度呈先增大后降低的趋势,最佳复配合比例为8.5:1.5;随灰砂比增大,灌浆料各龄期抗压强度均增大,但是灰砂比从1:1提高到1.1:1时,抗压强度增长幅度较小;在负温养护阶段,防冻剂对灌浆料抗压强度具有较大影响,掺加防冻剂灌浆料-1、-3 d抗压强度是未掺加防冻剂灌浆料的2倍以上,(-3+28)d强度比未掺加防冻剂灌浆料高出20%;碳酸锂、甲酸钙等早强剂对负温条件下灌浆料的抗压强度影响不大,甚至有负面影响,但是对转入标准养护后的抗压强度有一定的提高作用。

【Abstract】 The effects of antifreeze,accelerator,different combination of cement and sand-binder ratio on the compressive strength of cement-based grout are studied.The results show that by the content of sulfoaluminate cement in cementitious materials increases,the compressive strength of the grout increases and then decreases.The optimal combination of sulfoaluminate cement and ordinary Portland cement is 8.5:1.5.With the increase of the sand-binder ratio,the compressive strength of the grout increases in all curing age,however the sand-binder ratio increased from 1 to 1.1:1,the compressive strength increases less obviously.In the sub-zero temperature curing stage,the antifreeze has a great influence on the compressive strength of the grout.The compressive strength of grout with antifreeze is more than 2 times of grout without that on -1 d and -3 d,and the strength on(-3+28)d is 20% higher than grout without antifreeze.The accelerators such as lithium carbonate and calcium formate have little effect and even have a negative effect on the compressive strength of grout under sub-zero temperature condition,but it has a positive effect on the compressive strength after transferred to standard-curing condition.
