侧链不同封端方式聚羧酸系减水剂的合成及性能研究
Synthesis and properties of polycarboxylate superplasticizer w ith different side blocking methods
【摘要】 以甲基烯丙基聚乙二醇(TPEG)为大单体,丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)为小单体,多元共聚合成不同侧链封端方式PC。通过对不同侧链封端方式的PC进行有机碳含量测试、流变性能测试、净浆流动度测试等比较出不同阴离子封端的PC的性能差异。从而比较出不同类型侧链封端对PC的影响。试验表明侧链封端方式的不同对PC性能影响较大,在阴离子封端中,磺酸基的效果最好。
【Abstract】 Methyl allyl polyethylene glycol(TPEG)was used as a large monomer,acrylic acid(AA),acrylamide(AM)and sodium dihydroxybenzene sulfonate(SSS)as small monomers,and PC was synthesized by multiple copolymerization of different side chain ends.The performance difference of PC with different anionic sealing ends was compared by measuring the content of organic carbon content,testing of rheological properties and testing the fluidity of PC by different side chain sealing methods.The effects of different side chain ends on PC were compared.The results showed that the different side capping methods had a great influence on the properties of PC.
