【摘要】 改革开放40年来我国基础教育教师队伍建设取得了重要成就,基本建成一支数量充足、学历达标的教师队伍,健全了四级教师培养、培训体系,教师管理制度体系基本形成,教师成长和发展环境得以优化。这是国家高度重视教师教育事业发展,在不断地改革创新、制度创新、持续发展中取得的成效。当然也不可避免地存在一些发展过程中急需解决的问题,如有些地区教师结构性失衡、教师合理流动不足、活力不足等,解决这些问题,需进一步优化教师培养、准入退出机制,大胆创新,促进教师合理流动,激发活力。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the past 40 years of economic reform and opening-up, China’s basic education has witnessed great achievements. Basically, a contingent of teachers sufficient in number and qualified in academic qualifications has been established, and the four-level cultivation and training system has been improved.
