【摘要】 目的探讨护理风险管理对传染科护理人员传染预防意识的影响。方法我院2016年6月对传染科护理实施风险管理,选择传染科护理人员38名为研究对象,于实施护理风险管理前和管理后3个月,由护理风险管理领导小组进行考核评估,比较实施护理风险管理前和实施后护士的传染预防意识及护理质量。结果护理风险管理实施后,护士传染预防意识评分、护理质量评分高于护理风险管理实施前(P <0. 05)。结论传染科实施护理风险管理有利于提高护士传染预防意识及护理质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of nursing risk management on the awareness of infection prevention among nursing staff of infectious disease department. Methods To implement risk management for the nursing of infectious disease department in our hospital in June 2016. We selected 38 nursing staff as a study object. About 3 months before and after the implementation of nursing risk management,the examination and estimation were conducted by leading group of the nursing risk management to compare the nurses’ awareness of infection prevention and quality of nursing before and after the nursing risk management. Results The nurses’ awareness of infection prevention score and quality of nursing score after the implementation of nursing risk management were higher than those before the implementation of nursing risk management( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The implementation of nursing risk management in infectious diseases department was conducive to improving nurses’ awareness of infection prevention and quality of nursing.更多还原
