【摘要】 目的探讨基于赋能理论的多维护理对乳腺癌根治术患者的影响。方法选取我院2015年6月至2016年12月、2017年1月至2018年6月收治的乳腺癌根治术患者各55例为研究对象,2017年1月起,对我院收治的乳腺癌根治术患者应用基于赋能理论的多维护理。比较基于赋能理论的多维护理应用前、后患者的心理状况、生活质量。结果基于赋能理论的多维护理应用后患者心理状况评分低于应用前(P <0. 05),生活质量评分高于应用前(P <0. 05)。结论基于赋能理论的多维护理在乳腺癌根治术患者护理中的应用,可改善患者心理状况以及生活质量,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of multi-dimensional nursing based on the empowerment theory on patients undergoing radical mastectomy. Methods We selected 55 patients with radical mastectomy who were admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to December 2016 and from January2017 to June 2018 as the study subjects. From January 2017,we applied multi-dimensional nursing based on the empowerment theory for patients underwent radical mastectomy in our hospital. We compared the psychological status and quality of life of patients before and after multi-dimensional nursing application based on the empowerment theory. Results After the application,the patient’s psychological status score was lower than that before application( P< 0. 05). After the application,the patient’s quality of life score was higher than that before application( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The application of multi-dimensional nursing based on the empowerment theory in the nursing of patients with radical mastectomy can improve the psychological status and quality of life of patients.
