【摘要】 目的探讨在腰麻手术患者护理过程中应用阴陵泉穴温针灸防治术后尿潴留的效果。方法选取2014年3月至2018年1月128例行腰麻手术的患者作为研究对象。将2014年3月至2015年12月实施艾箱灸干预的66例患者作为对照组,将2016年1月至2018年1月实施阴陵泉穴温针灸干预的62例患者作为研究组。观察两组患者术后尿潴留发生及干预情况、术后排尿情况。结果研究组术后尿潴留发生率、术毕至首次排尿时间、术毕至排尿完全通畅时间小于对照组(P <0. 05)。两组术后首次排尿量比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论在腰麻手术患者护理过程中应用阴陵泉穴温针灸对降低术后尿潴留发生率和置入尿管率、改善排尿情况有一定帮助,于患者预后有利。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of needle warming moxibustion in Yinlingquan acupuncture point on postoperative urinary retention during the nursing process of patients with spinal anesthesia. Methods A total of 128 patients undergoing spinal anesthesia from March 2014 to January 2018 were selected as the study subjects. A total of 66 patients who underwent moxibustion with moxa cone in box from March 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the control group. A total of 62 patients who underwent needle warming moxibustion in Yinlingquan acupuncture acupoint from January 2016 to January2018 were selected as the study group. The incidence and intervention of postoperative urinary retention and postoperative urination of patients in the two groups were observed. Results The incidence of postoperative urinary retention,the time from the finish of operation to the first urination,and the time from the finish of operation to the complete urination of patients in the study group were smaller than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). There was no significant statistical difference in the amount of first urine output after the operation between the two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion During the nursing process of patients who undergo spinal anesthesia,the application of needle warming moxibustion in Yinlingquan acupuncture point can help to reduce the incidence of postoperative urinary retention and the rate of urinary catheterization,as well as improve urination.
