【摘要】 目的调查泰安地区三级综合医院住院的癌症晚期患者的生存质量状况,并分析其影响因素,为泰安城区癌症晚期患者的治疗护理措施的制定提供参考依据。方法选取泰安地区三级综合医院自2015年2月至2017年3月住院期间的晚期癌症患者588例为研究对象。查阅相关资料自编一般情况调查表,欧洲癌症研究组织研制的生存质量核心量表和评分表作为调查工具。结果非条件logistic逐步回归分析显示,肿瘤转移与否、临床分期、知情程度及年龄影响本研究的生存质量。结论肿瘤转移与否、职业、临床分期和知情程度及年龄是影响本地区癌症晚期患者生存质量的主要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To investigate the quality of life of patients with advanced cancer who were admitted to the grade-Ⅲ general hospital in Tai’an,and to analyze the influencing factors,thereby providing reference for the development of treatment and nursing measures for patients with advanced cancer in Tai’an. Methods A total of 588 patients with advanced cancer who were hospitalized in the grade-Ⅲ general hospitals of Tai’an city from February2015 to March 2017 were selected as study subjects. The general status questionnaire was made by checking the relevant information. The core scale of quality of life and score table developed by the European Cancer Research Organization was took as the survey tool. Results Non-conditional logistic regression analysis showed that tumor metastasis,clinical stage,level of knowledge,and age affected the quality of life in this study. Conclusion Tumor metastasis,occupation,clinical stage,level of knowledge and age are the main factors affecting the quality of life of patients with advanced cancer in this region.更多还原
