【Abstract】 This paper provides in-depth discussions on the design difficulties of the 1000 MW-class ultra-supercritical double-reheat boiler. Detailed studies and analyses are undertaken on the control of steam temperatures, flue gas side and steam side deviations,thermal hydraulic deviations and the flue gas recycling system.
