南山国家公园生态补偿标准研究——基于生态系统服务功能价值和机会成本

【摘要】 以南山国家公园为研究区域,评估了区域内的森林、草地、湿地这三类生态系统2016年的服务功能价值作为生态补偿标准的参考上限,核算生态保护机会成本作为生态补偿标准的参考下限,并利用Logistic生长曲线模型调整系数对计算出来的数值进行调整。结果表明:2016年南山国家公园生态系统服务功能价值总额为565 497万元,生态保护的机会成本合计69 853万元。根据地区发展程度计算出来的Logistic生长曲线模型经济类调整系数,取值0.12。由此确定2016年南山国家公园生态补偿标准为110 804万元。

【Abstract】 Taking Nanshan National Park as the research area, we estimated the service function value of forest, grassland and wetland ecosystems in 2016, the assessment result of which was used as the reference upper limit of ecological compensation standard. The opportunity cost of ecological protection was calculated as the lower limit of reference to ecological compensation standard. The calculated value was adjusted with the adjustment coefficient of Logistic Growth Curve Model. The results showed that the total value of ecosystem services in Nanshan National Park in 2016 was 5 654.97 million yuan and the opportunity cost of ecological protection was 698.53 million yuan. Based on the regional development level, the economic adjustment coefficient of the Logistic Growth Curve Model was calculated and valued as 0.12. Finally, the ecological compensation standard of Nanshan National Park was determined to be 1 108.04 million yuan per year.
